Just a replacement bulb but necessary to keep the ultra stinger going strong. They are very bright and last a very long time, unless you drop the light or something drastic. Wish they were a little less expensive.

I live in the high desert in Oregon's outback and I depend on my Streamlight ultra-stinger. While I waited for the bulbs recently I used another halogen bulb flashlight that we have for back-up.
Was I ever glad to see that Cabela's package in my post office box.

Very Bright, but at a price$$$

This really should go with the flashlight itself, but here it is.
These bulbs are very bright, and very easy to change, but our Ultra Stinger has gone through two bulbs in one year. If you buy an Ultra Stinger, make sure you get extra bulbs.
I have given the three star rating because of the longevity of the bulb.
