There are no fancy bells and whistles on this headlamp. It’s simple lightweight and extremely compact. The four white LEDs combine to produce 10 lumens of light over a 5-hour run time. With durable ABS plastic construction, this light is not only rugged, but it’s also weather resistant. The articulating body allows you to adjust the vertical illumination focal point of the light. Runs on two AAA batteries (not included).

Quite a decent buy. This product is decently bright, but doesn't have all the different lighting modes like other expensive headlamps. My only worry is that if the light angle pivot will lossen up over time. Bottom line product great price, and simply functioning product no more and no less.

Light goes dim after fifteen minutes of continuous use, and the batteries get hot. I changed batteries and the same thing happened again. I don't know if its just my light or all of them , but it doesn't work.

To me,....compared to the high-dollar head-lamps, this one beats them all! it's simple, uses 2 batteries, tilts, it's bright and is more affordable than the rest. Go ahead and pay for the name brands, I'm stickin' with this model. I'm outdoors at camp for 8 to 12 weeks out of the year, and this head lamp does the work! I would recommend this lamp to anybody over the high-priced head-lamps, guaranteed!!

Don't even try it!

The strap connector broke instantly and it took some messing around to get the batteries to make contacts so they would work. At first I thought I had the batteries in backwards....but that was not the case. Just an all around cheap product. Cabela's product support was easy to work with. I should be seeing a replacement headlamp in two weeks.
