Perfect
Date:
I do alot of primitive camping and this is perfect, the case makes it easy to travel with and holds an extra set of batteries for each item. I use the big lantern in my tent because of the remote, its great to turn the light on in the tent before I get to it. I use the smaller lantern in the shower shelter, it is perfect for that. I also use the entire set during hurricane season or whenever the lights go out, its quick and easy to get to because its all in the case.

Camp light kit
Date:
I live on the VA coast and hurricanes and storms bring power falures. I got his kit for this reason and my wife loves it. She feels a lot safer during power outages and keeps the smaller light by the bed. The lantern is not as bright as I thought it would be but it suffices.

A beautifully designed lighting kit
Date:
If you price the three lights in this kit individually, you will see that it is already a bargain. And, that’s before you add the perfectly designed protective case to hold everything – or as many of us can remember our Grandpa saying, “A place for everything, and everything in its place” -- even including the molded slots for an extra set of batteries for each item. In addition to camping, this is also a perfect emergency backup lighting kit in the event of a power outage. My wife and I purchased this kit, and are so impressed with it, that we just ordered another as a gift -- which a few are chipping in on together -- for a professional colleague and friend. All-in-all, this is a beautifully designed lighting kit by Cabela’s, and when any of us can bring light to the dark when it's needed, it gets a ten on a five scale rating from me, every time.

Great Light Kit!
Date:
If you like to camp organized, this kit helps! Quality Case. Spare battery slots for each light ensures you are always prepared. Grab it and go! The small flashlight is very bright! The small and medium lanterns are bright enough to light small areas without leaving your night vision in shock. The big lantern will not be bright enough to read comfortably in a tent, unless you hold it on your lap. I still give 5 stars, because I knew the LED would not be as bright as propane lanterns.
