No-Knot Eyelets

A quick and easy method of attaching your leader to the fly line. Simply slide the barbed portion of the eyelet into your fly line and you are able to add or change leaders quickly. Per 15.
Sizes:
Small - 3, 4, 5 wt. fly lines,
Large - 6, 7, 8, 9 wt. fly lines.

This No-Knot Eyelet has always worked well for me. I have never had one pull out and it sure makes connecting lines easy. Not only do I use it to attach leader to fly line but I also use it to attach the backing to the fly line.

Handy little gizmo

I have been using these for years. I have never had one pull out of the flyline or be straightened out by a large fish. They slide through the flyrod guides and cast much better than a standard nail-knot. These handy little things are getting harder to find, I had to have Cabela's order them. I bought three packs. One for me and two for young fly-fishermen I am mentoring. Everybody I have turned on to these little gadgets loves them.

Better than a knot.
Date:
Being new to fly fishing, the knot tying process seemed way to complicated so I chose the easy way. Proper eyelet sizing is important. Once inserted into the flyline the eyelet will not come out. This makes for fast and easy fly replacement.
