Coleman® Model 2000 Dual Fuel Lantern

Battery-operated, electronic ignition system eliminates the headache of fumbling with matches. Easy-to-attach tubular mantle provides 20% brighter light. Burns white gas and unleaded gasoline. Self-lubricating pump indicates when correct operating pressure is reached. Guard cage protects globe. Large skid-resistant base. 15"H x 7"L x 7-3/4"W. Fuel capacity: 2 pints. Burn time: 14 hours on low, seven hours on high. Requires one AA battery (included). Made in USA.

have owened the origonal for about 30 years this is a nice upgrade with electric start,duel fuel,and better mantels.

This lantern is built tough, easy to light with ignitor switch, and has option of fuels. In my opinion it is the best choice for the money.

Good lantern but...

I bought this lantern to use while ice fishing but when I finally used it, I found it was not the right type to use in a small space. It will gas you out in no time at all. It should work great for camping. The built seemed durable, and it lit up on every try. The rubber bottom is a great addition from other models and the light is plenty bright.
