Very bright for size. However, be sure to bring plenty of batteries. If it makes it throught two nights at camp without flickering? Then, you are doing, good.
Rugged enough to to last 5 yrs +. Be sure to remove batteries when not in use. First, they die. Then they melt.

Glorb LED Lantern

I recently bought this lantern and used it on a weekend camping trip in our new travel trailer to a State Park. This lantern is small in size, but puts out a very bright light on the high setting. Not quite a reading lamp but an excellent area light or emergency light around the house in a power failure. We used it to light the path to the bath house and hung it in the screenroom. The two power levels will give good battery servicce. Low is good for a night light, and high is good for general chores. Use it in a tent, trailer or your home. A great lantern for the cost. Would definitely recommend it to a friend or family.

Little light

I just purchased the Glorb LED XB lantern to replace an earlier version of the Brunton LED lantern that I'd been quite happy with but it got lost in a home move.
The Glorb only stayed on for minutes before the light cut off. It was gusty weather and the light was suspended from the tent's ceiling, so I believe that the batteries kept being unseated with the bouncing around.
Very disappointing performance. I'm returning it immediately.

Brunton Glorb™ LED XB Lantern

Very bright on high setting, lightweight, easy on batteries.
This seems to be a tought little light - I dropped it onto a tile floor as I was inserting the batteries, it bounced a few times, and works perfectly. It seems larger in the pics than what I pulled out of the packaging. This tiny light is great though! Two settings, extendable legs, non-slip feet, and a hook to hang from. Easily enough light to read by on either setting.
