Even if you dont do alot of fishing, you should have one of these chips while in that boat. Worthe every penny.

I would give it a 5, but want to see more lakes added. I send requests for updates to their charts but never hear back.

Hot Maps Premium on the Lowrance XOG

After loading V 1.8 software in my XOG hand held GPS, I was able to load the South version of Hot Maps Premium. Only one complaint, I could only get scale down below 100 feet. I'm not sure if this is a limitation of the XOG or the Hot Maps Premium.
Will be loading on a dedicated boat mounted fish finded next spring, will review again then.

Extremely Disappointed

I was real excited to see that Navionics had conducted a hi-def survey of Glendo Reservoir in Wyoming and order the updated chip because of that. I had assumed they had done the survey when the reservoir was full instead I found that it was done when the lake lever was around 20 feet below full. Many of my favorite fishing spots were a half mile from the lake boundary they now show on dry ground. Unless you are fishing in late summer this makes this chart worthless. Furthermore it appears they only surveyed near shore. There was none of the deep water detail I was hoping to see. Now I\u2019m trying to find a older version chip without the hi-def survey data on it. I want the my old chart back.

I will never purchase any of their hi-def survey data again.
