Very Tough Folding Knife
Date:
I'm the type of guy that Is very picky about my knives, they have to be sharp, strong, and high quality. Thankfully this knife is all three. I typically don't like to buy folding knives because they don't hold up to the prying or chopping like a fixed blade can. But, this folder has a very smooth operation and a very solid snap once locked open and it has no play or wobble to it. The blade came sharp enough to shave my arm hair with and is thicker than most of my fixed knives. I also love the large handle and the rubberized camo coating. Just be aware that it is a little wider than most folders and can be a little bulky feeling when carried inside a front pants pocket, but well worth it for a small knife that can actuallly be used build a survival shelter. Note, the camo coating on the blade started to rub off down to the base yellow color the first time I cut a piece of cardboard, this may be a problem if you want it to look this cool for ever.
