Smith's Diamond Bench Stone Kit

Accomplish all of your sharpening jobs with the diamond Bench Stone Kit. Kit comes with both the 325 and 750 grit stones. These stones are the ultimate in sharpening technology. Multiple layers of micron-sized diamonds bonded in nickel to a flat metal surface. Oval-shaped surface holes quickly remove fine metal filings keep stone and blade clean. These extra-large stones measure 11-1/2" x 2-1/2" and are equipped with a built-in micro-tool sharpening pad and sturdy plastic base with non-slip rubber feet. Each also includes a protective lid. The Coarse 325 grit aggressively removes metal to restore edges on dull knives and tools. The Fine 750 grit finishes knives and tools with a razor-sharp edge.

The Way to Go

I have tried many other sharpening systems for large knives and Smith's Diamond Bench Stones are the best combination of no-fuss convenience and performance. Most blades can be restored to top working condition in less than two minutes of work. Do not be concerned about wearing out these stones. They will smooth out a bit after a few blades, but then they will go on-and-on-and-on like that silly battery bunny.

Great Sharpener

Sharpener works great. Plenty of working area. Coarse quickly gets the blade in shape. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to keep their blades sharp.

Great Purchase

I always used the 'clamp' style sharpeners, but never again, as I get great results with these stones. Their length give you plenty of room to work, and I've used them both wet and dry. Either way, I get an edge that will pop hairs.
