Theses monocrystalline diamond-surfaced stones are becoming the choice for knife owners everywhere; its diamond-studded surface won't degrade with use.     Keep this in my emergency bag/backpack. Great little sharpener for traveling. Not as good as a full size stone, but good for taking on the road.

    I love this thing, my only complaint is the handles, when folded out feel flimsy. I have not had any issues, this is just the only possible weak point. I used this thing to reshape a blade while out in the field & it worked great.
