I'm one who like to keep all my knives sharpe for home use and hunting. I used several stones for years, but when I bought the Chef Choice 320 sharpner, it was the best money I spent for my knives! Perfect edges all the time. I even bought one for my son and daughter for Christmas 2010. They both love the Chef Choice 320. Even told fellow worker at work and he went and bought one for him self.

Works as advertised. I was so tired of every knife I picked up around the house being so dull I could spit. This really worked well and dull knives are a thing of the past.

Ssharpens quite well and is very easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone. We used it to sharpen a stainless steel kitchenaid brand set and it made a remarkable difference.

I enjoy an oil stoned sharp knife but do not like the time it takes to achieve it's razor edge.
The Diamond Hone™ No. 320 Knife Sharpener creates the razors edge in seconds, a true joy when you need to sharpen the Mrs. kitchen knives or your butchering knives.
I recommend the Chef's Choice sharpener so you can Always be Sharp.
