We bought this to replace a 25 year old fry-daddy. I looked around and was not impressed with what was out there under $50. We already had a propane unit for tailgating, but wanted the convenience of an electric for the house. This unit was half price in the bargain cave and that\u2019s why I gambled on it. I am very happy I did \u2013 for the price, I think it was a steal. Overall, it is well made \u2013 as well made as modern small appliances are made.
We\u2019ve only used it twice but it performs wonderfully. I forget how many liters it holds but there is plenty of room for a lot of food. I typically exceed the suggested limit of food, but it did more than \u201cjust fine\u201d. The wattage really produced an even & steady heat which allowed an uninterrupted production of clam-cakes. Cleanup is simple and storage is fine as handles fold in.
We are very happy with this fryer.

This deep fryer works great. It holds temperature great and it doesn't splatter grease all over the place. Cleanup is very easy as well.

This is a great fryer. I was looking at something smaller to use as an alternative to my larger fryer. This was advertised during a Cabela's 'Door Buster' sale for a special price so I figured it would be a bargain even if it wasn't the best. It appears small but I was so surprised how much you can get into the basket and extremely satisfied how well it operates. Simple to use and the cleanup is so easy. Definitely a very good quality product and well worth the regular price. I don't think my larger fryer will be used to often any longer!

I've used a number of fryers over the years and they finally got it right...! This is a real fryer not a slow cooker that doubles as a fryer. It heats up fast, recovers fast, and is just the right size for home use. Awsome fryer for the money...!!! You won't be sorry...!
