    Don't understand why a company in the buisness of making knives would skimp on the blade of all things. The blades on the gourmet set appear to finished on a belt sander. The edge also seems to be shaped on a belt sander; course and uneven. The average house wife my not notice or even care.
    This is a gift for a relative who loves to use our Forschner knives when they visit. I'll have to sharpen these Wusthoff knives so that they at least perform at the same level as our Forschner's.
    I'll keep my Forschner by Victornox thank you very much.
