Clauss Butcher Knife Set

Knife set includes titanium-bonded 10" chef's knife, 6-1/2" slicing knife, 6" curved boning knife, 5" boning knife and 8" all-steel chef's shears. Titanium-bonded blades are three times stronger than steel-only blades and retain their edge longer. Stain-, corrosion- and bacteria-resistant serrated blades detach for easy cleaning. Ergonomic handles with nonslip grips have Microban® antimicrobial product protection to inhibit the growth of stain and odor causing bacteria. NSF approved. Set includes canvas case with convenient carry handle.

Very good kit-especially for the price

For the price an excellent butchers kit,; comes very sharp, seems to hold an edge well, grips feel nice in ones hand.
As I have only had for a few weeks, time will tell how durable they are...that being said, for the price and initial quality, I would gladly purchase again if component(s) needed replacing.
**Note-items not recomended for dishwasher clean-up.
