I love this steamer, it is such a time saver. I do alot of canning and a friend told me about this unit last year. Until then I had colanders with cheesecloth all over my kitchen to drain my juices overnight. With this I can do several batches a day from start to finish and put the juice in the freezer until I can process them into jelly or syrup over the long winters. It is so versatile and very sturdy. I would recommend this unit to anyone and I offer it to friends and neighbors to use because it saves sooooo much time. If I could only have one high dollar canning tool it would be this!!!
