Works great with deer burgers!

Papers work great, heavy duty, good price, right size. Makes grilling hamburger a breeze. No problem removing paper from frozen patties after defrosting. Will buy again. Buy the hambuger press, makes life easier.

This is the first year I got a patty press and papers. You have to pay attention to the shiny side and get it on the meat side but they come out of the package nicely one at a time and you develop a rhythm. I have found them to separate and release from the burger very well under a variety of conditions from fully frozen to fully thawed. Made 30 lbs of patties this year and couldn't be happier
