Double-adhesive latex seam-sealed construction guarantees water stays outside and a fleece lining helps lock in warmth. Drawcord lace with barrel lock.

I love that they are warm and stay dry even in the wet slosh, but they are a little tough for my 6 year old to get off by himself. They might just be new and a little stiff so the jury's still out on that. They do the job of keeping his foot warm, dry, and comfortable in the weather and that's saying a lot!
