This book is excellent for beginner as well as experienced home sausage makers. The recipes are very good, easy to follow, and info and instructions are clear. You will need a grinder and sausage stuffer (all available through Cabelas) and then you can create delicious sausage on your own. A smoker would help also as many recipes call for smoking. The finished products are way more tasty than store bought.

A good book with good recipes, easy to follow with good suggestions. I did some breakfast sausage with deer already, It was great!
