If you don't have an electric slicer,this is the only way to go.The two different thickness sides is great.The seasoning that comes with it is excellent also!!!

This jerky board is a great item you have your choice of two thicknesses. The only draw back is that it is made of wood and has to be properly oiled in order for it not to stain.

Initial thoughts were this is a gimmick that provides a poorly made cutting board with a butterknife -sharp blade included.
Impressions were enhanced after the very first use. Extremely useful piece to have around no matter what type of meat you'd slicing.

This is Genius. I bought this out of curiosity and will never use anything else. Knife is good quality too. I do reccomend you coat the board with mineral oil first or it is difficult to get clean afterwords.
