  • The Jerky Blaster has the same ergonomic design, accessories and features as the Jerky Pistol, but with a larger 15" tube with a 1-1/2-lb meat capacity.
  • The cordless Power Jerky Blaster operates on 7.2-volt rechargeable battery and includes a spare battery. Auto pressure let-off dispenses meat only when you want it to. It has a 15" tube that has a 1-1/2-lb. meat capacity. Features a comfortable soft-touch handle grip.

    We did 6lbs of jerky the day we received it. We had absolutely no problem. The jerky was great. Clue: follow the directions.

    Purchased this gun after using a plastic one and it works great! Never really had a big problem with the plastic gun except when I've tried to go too quickly. Consistency of meat is critical and that may be why others have had issues. If you have to use a gorrilla grip to squeeze the handle...take a look at your mixture. I just completed 30 pounds of mule deer and elk and I couldn't be happier. If you're having problems, try 1/3 cup of soy sauce per lb of meet along with your nomal spices and dehydrate at little longer to compensate for the added moisture. Works like a charm.

    Purchased the Power Jerky Blaster for my daughter this Christmas... doesn't work. Charged the batteries and nothing. After receiving it, it is easy to see this item is not very well built and would not have lasted long anyway. Returned it for a refund.

    My large gun is the same as all the other reviews which are a few years old. Meat bypasses plunger plugging the vents which allow you to reload, plunger won't stay tight, tube pops off both on the gun end and the attachment end. This is my 3rd brand of gun and I will continue to seek a quality product since I enjoy this kind of jerky.
