Cabela's 3-Tier Oven Jerky Tray

Making jerky in your oven has never been easier. Just lay out your strips on these stackable mesh racks and start drying. No more fumbling with toothpicks and hanging meat from the oven racks. Hot air circulates freely through the racks for consistent drying. And the no-stick surface makes cleanup quick and easy. The three mesh racks stack directly on a non-stick tray so all excess drippings are caught. Set includes three mesh racks and pan. Extra mesh racks available.

    I like these trays for making jerky. I cut up and make jerky out of about five deer each year and they work very well for that. The only drawback to them is they can be time consuming to clean up. After a couple of years the coating on the wire mesh wears off and they are harder to clean. It usually requires some soaking before you can get them clean.

    Jerky Racks/Tray Simplifies Process

    We have used this item several times and have recommended it to many friends and family. It makes cooking beef jerky so easy. With so many folks health conscience, this is an ideal way to keep high protein snacks readily available. Jerky is low carb, low fat, low calorie. Without the racks, jerky used to come out greasy. Now the meat is aerated well while cooking. The racks are easy to clean too!

    I was very sat. with the trays, they made it very simple to increase the amount of jerky I make at one time. I liked them so much I ordered a 2nd set. they clean up easy and the meat dosn't stick. would recmend them to anyone.
