Warm collar, body and pockets. When I take it off, my neck gets cold. Pretty wind resistant tough exterior, slightly noisy canvas with no real noise issues as an under layer while rifle hunting. Light weight , warm and packable. A cold weather daily friend inside and outside. It still makes the deer stand as a comfortably scrunchy while shooting warm under layer.
This is it's second winter. I got it in a dark olive. It reasonably repels spills and spot cleans well with pure water. I have never laundered it but wipe it off with clean water and dust it with baking soda the night before I hunt. Still looks new.
I would like it better if the fleece collar was dark brown instead of outfitter cammo. The interior pockets would be more functional if they were up high, instead of at the bottom. STILL LOVE IT !! Deer like it too, they keep showing up!

I've had the mountain vest which I like alot. Now it is no longer there. This vest is similar. The vest is advertised as having two inside chest pockets and they are not there, they are on the inside bottom. collar doesn't stand up and keep the neck warm. bring back the mountain vest.

very happy with this vest. It fits great, very warm, and has more than ample pocket space. its great with a fleece lined shirt.
