Walleye patties

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs fish fillets, diced (boneless)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup pancake flour or bisquick
  • 1/3 cup green pepper, chopped fine
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions:  Beat eggs in a large bowl, then combine remaining ingredients. (Consistency should be that of thick gravy, add more flour if it is too runny. If it is too stiff add milk.) Heat a couple tablespoons of oil in a large skillet or use a griddle. Spoon mixture onto griddle about 3" in diameter and about 1/2" thick. Fry on both side until golden brown. Serve with beans and fried potatoes.
