Bullheads in Tomato Sauce by Cabela's Staff

Ingredients

  • 3-1 lb bullheads
  • 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 TBS oil
  • 1 tsp Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup grate Parmesan cheese

Directions:  Clean bullheads and place in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Combine tomato sauce, salad dressing and salt. Brush inside of cavities with sauce and pour remaining sauce over and around fish. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until fish flakes easily.
