Ultra-Brite Tip-Up Light

This highly visible light replaces the flag pole on most standard tip-ups, making it easier to spot a bite after dark or in dim light. Tilt switch activates flashing light, which can be seen for up to half a mile. Requires two AAA batteries (not included). Light only. Tip-up sold separately.

Works good for those after hours fishin trips. Can be seen from a good distance away. Could use a stiffer spring, but pretty good averall.

Great product, easily replaces flag on my polar tipups. The larger diameter wire that the flag is on makes for a more sensitive setup but still works.

Tip-Up light, heavy, light not as bright as origainally advertised, especially when heavy snow is falling...it's fine for short distances...nothing long distance.

works fairly well....

I bought 3 of these..
Pro's-lights work well
lasts (still using first set of batteries)
bright (easy to see)
Con's-had to grind the spinner on my tip-ups to get
flag to stay hooked (the shaft diameter is 1/4"
and my frabil tip ups had 1/8 ")
the screws on the baterry holder are minature
(easy to strip)
not an LED light
A bit top heavy...have to be careful in the wind
All things equal...they are one of the best I have used, but a little more engineering would make them fantastic!
