I have used these hooks for quite a while and I can say that if you are a dedicated live bait and prepared bait fisherman like I am I know you will enjoy these hooks. I typically use the 1/0 hooks for bass and channel cats and move toward the bigger 3/0-5/0 hooks for striper and flatheads. I would recommend these to anybody planning on doing anytype of fishing when it comes to live bait. They hold on the bait very well and make a positive hookset with their sharp point. For the value to you can get more for you money when it comes to these since they normally come in packages between 50 and 100 so you don't have to worry about loosing an expensive hook when you get snagged during drifting or in heavy cover areas.
Can't buy a better value "go-to" hook in todays market. The value & performance is worth the little"TLC" that these hooks need to keep you in the fish.
I would reccomend these for Clousers and spoons. I've had other hooks fail on big redfish, but since using these, I haven't lost a fish due to hook failure.
