I bought this for a Public Defender Poly with 2" barrel. The holster I received will NEVER fit this gun. I sent the holster back to Cabela's.

After checking out many companies, outfitters, gun shop's, etc to find a holster that holds my Taurus Judge correctly. I at long last find exactly what I'm looking for from the Hunter Company, in the Cabela's Shooting catalogue....
I was a bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews, that the two may not fit but, the holster I received fit my 'Judge' like a glove. I still gave it a few coats of good ol saddle wax & now it's lost it's "NEW' look as is nice & supple. Perfect fit for the 2½" Judge. I would recomend this holster to anyone & may well purchase some more Hunter Company Holsters for our other hand guns..
