Three-way, reinforced slot systems let you rig it in the strong-side, appendix or cross-draw position. Fits belts up to 1-3/4" wide. Reversible retention straps and thumb break. Very happy with this purchase. Fits my Ruger 94 perfectly, and it is not a common size or easy to find a holster that will fit it. Fits in the small of my back and is not uncomfortable when sitting in a chair or car seat, which is saying alot considering the size of this pistol. I took the thumb break off, because I didn't want to mess with it, and the holster holds my gun very snug. I have a torn rotator cuff, so if I could make 1 improvement, it would be to add 1 more belt loop to rotate it a little more sideways, but I am able to draw it just fine the way it was made. Looks to be very well made and the price makes it very affordable.
