With Sound-Activated Compression and Adjustable Frequency Tuning, these muffs compress loud noises to safe levels and permit you to adjust frequencies. Muffs have 50db of power with a maximum output of 110db and offer an NRR of 24db. Specially contoured shape eliminates interference when shouldering a gun. Individual volume controls and are powered by two 1.5-volt batteries (included).

HEARD IT THROUGH THE GRAPEVINE

AT 53 I need to be taking care of myself and ear protection should be high on the list, Walkers Power Muffs seem to do the trick.

Though they take a little getting used to, once in the field and on, you forget you are wearing them. While on, you hear everything and this helps keep your attention on high alert.

There is some white noise but well worth the trade off. I can now hear ducks coming from way off, seems like I hear the birds now the same time my lab Cooper does. The best feature is when I fire my 12 gauge with 3 1/2 '' heavy shot loads my ears are protected and not ringing after the shot.

I bought the black model which were less expensive than the camo option and saved some cash.

Works well,breaks easily

After using it consistently for only one month, the left ear broke off of headband. Very flimsy attachment.
I am disappointed since the device performed very well otherwise.

walkers power muffs-poor purchase

The ear muffs worked great however the head band broke the third time I used it and then part of the ear plastic broke making it unusable. My son in law bought the same one and his broke the same way.
Obviously a poorly engineered job on the plastic.
