The Leightning L3 earmuff provides the highest level of noise reduction in the industry - up to 30db. The slow recovery foam conforms to your head to seal out noise. And a padded headband with side wire guides keep the muffs in place.

As an audiologist, I purchased these for additional hearing protection from mowers and chainsaws, etc. at home with our current hearing protection plugs and my family loves them! So comfortable and quiet and convenient! I bought more for my father and have recommended them to other patients and physicians concerned about hearing protection. Everyone must use something this great!

great for the cost

I like these. They were comfortable to wear for extended shooting sessions. I also use ear plugs underneath but they are not really required. I just seem to find a lane next to the M1 gerands so it helps to have the ear plugs in as well.

Wore these to the range yesterday and they worked out extremely well. They are lightweight and very comfortable. I wore them on and off for over 4 hours at the range with no issues or complaints. They also work very well at reducing noise. I wore them when I shot a 243 rifle, and Smith and wesson 460 revolver. I would recommend these muffs to anybody.
