Not sure about the sealing

Over all the product is good. You will have to make modifcations to it if you are going to use it for a live well. There are two Rectangular holes cut at the top of the liner that I had to Patch over to be able to do this. The only other problem I had with these is that they look like they are ruff cut from a mold which leaves an uneven edge on them. This could leave to diffculty when mounting them in the boat. I actually attaced with sealent the to the lid to insure that I had a sure seal between them to prevent leakage into the bottom of the boat.

good read

I installed 3 in my boat. Some inconsistencies in the thickness of the flange. I drilled the corners of the flange and fastened the liners down with a short #14 self tapping screw. Would not recommend doing this if you are not good with hand tools, be carefull, not much wiggle room. Can be done, mine fit and look good. Over priced for a plastic injection moulded part.
