You won't find a better one!

If you're looking for a portable hang on stand that will out perform and out do the rest, look no further. This stand is rock solid on the tree, dead silent while moving to position to get the shot, and has a reputation that other manufacturers are trying to imitate. Customer service is awesome if you have issues. Mine had a mild fray in a strap and the replacement was in my hands in 4 days! I'll never buy another portable that's not a Lone Wolf. You won't find a stand on the market that's this light and rated for 350lbs.

Quality is not there.
Date:
I have been using Lone Wolf stands for many years, all the way back to when they were a very small Wisconsin operation. I have used both the climbers and hang on stands but went to strictly the hang on style about 10 years ago. I own over 15 of their stands but no longer will purchase them as the quality has really suffered in the last few years. I purchased two stands last year to up grade some older models I have and was very disappointed in the quality. There was a chalky residue on the stands that required an acid wash to remove so they could be painted. The castings had far too many sharp edges that to be hand filed to remove and in late winter when I brought them in for summer storage the straps on the new stands were fraying after one season. When I called Lone Wolf (twice) to express my concern I received a less then friendly response. I wasn\u2019t asking for anything just trying to provide feedback. These are suppose to be the top of the line but based on their customer service and quality issues I will not be purchasing any more of their products.

Quality no longer worth the $
Date:
First let me start out with the fact that I own a number of these stands. I have used them for the past 5 years and the previous performance was very good.
This most recent purchase however is a different story altogether. It is immediately apparent that the cast aluminum of the platform is not made with the same attention to quality as the previous models. OK...maybe I could live with that. After using the stand for only a month, I noticed that both of the canvas straps (you know...the ones that keep you secured to the tree) were fraying. One strap was frayed to the point that I was fearful it would break upon getting in the stand, and I am not that big at
190 lbs. I called Lone Wolf and they would not replace the straps.
Bottom line is that there are now many stands that I believe are manufactured to a much higher standard, with better materials that will cost you substantially less.

Rock Solid
Date:
Stand is the quietest that I've owned, easy to hang and roomy. The cushion that they supply for the seat is about as soft as a rock after 20 mins. of sitting. They sell you a bare bones stand then expect you to buy all the upgrades ie: better seat cushion, foot rests, and bow holder. Would prefer to pay a little more initally than have to buy the add ons later
