great grips

I used thes grips on four differant rods.They seem to be more durable then cork grips. They look great on a custom rod, the price is right, and they feel great. I like to seal mine with a wax sealer. It makes them look nice and new for a long time.
The only thing that i didn;t like as well as the cork grips, was the bamboo has some hard spots or knots in it that made it slightly harder to sixe to fit the blank. Not much of a problem though. Thanks for a great product.

Good Product when not broken

Love the rear grip, but was broken when I received it.... so I give that piece of merchandice 1 star. The second one I ordered is terrific. Super comfortable in the hand with beautiful furls. I give that one 5 stars....hence an average of 3 stars.

The burl cork looks great and feels good in your hand and is easy to work with. I've done several custom rods for friends and they love it.
