Some people judge this ammo too harsh
Date:
I have blown through about 700 rounds of this stuff in my XD.45 compact. NEVER HAD any problems!!!! Keep in mind... its a lead round, NOT FMJ... there is going to be some resdue. I think you will have some cleaning on any ammo, espeically if you pop off 100 and up. I only mention this because come comments are really crazy. Don't compare bullets to a B.B. gun...anyway...
I think for some other guns or people not placing the round correctly in their mags for their problems. I can honestly say, if you looking for a good target round to shoot... this is perfect, unless you can find another company for less. But I don't suggest going to a steel casing...bad stuff.

Not good
Date:
I just shot 150 rounds in my Kimber 5" with both Chip McCormick and Wilson Combat mags and had mis feeds with both mags and when it came to cleaning time was very very dirty -- Glad I only have 150 more rounds of this stuff to shoot up.

.45 ACP LRN 230 grain
Date:
This is the second or third batch of this type of ammo I have purchased from Cabela's. It is of excellent quality. I shoot a lot and I prefer the lead to the FMJ. I'll be ordering another batch of 300 or perhaps 600 in the next week or so in order to stay ahead of the backorder problem.
