Uncle Mike's Remington 870 Sling Swivel Adapter

For Remington 870 12 gauges in 3½", 3", and 16 and large frame 20 gauge (no 20 ga. light), Uncle Mike's black sling kit allow you to simply install stud in butt stock, replace magazine cap with new adapter cap, and attach sling with quick detachable swivels provided. The 1" sling adapter comes with sling swivel and stud for the buttstock an replacement magazine cap with swivel.

I purchased this adapter and a Butler Creek sling at my Cabela's store for only 2 dollars more than Remington's offering with the sling. I believe I have a better product and the sling had better length. I have always liked Uncle Mike's products and this is no exception. No instructions came with mine, so here's a bit of help: Use a 3/16" drill bit for the stud to be screwed into the stock and place the stud 1 1/4" - 1 1/2" from end of stock. Use a piece of tape over your gunstock that can be marked and punched for a starter hole, protect your wood and give you the correct angle to drill by looking at the tape edge. Everything from this kit fit my 870 well.

I purchased this sling to use on my Remington 870. I use the gun for work. The sling is very comfortable on the shoulder. I would recommend this sling to others...and I have.
