Stack-On Pistol / Ammo NOT Ready to Install

When it arrived some parts were bent in shipment, and the painted surface was worn off on two front facing pieces. I was willing to ignore this and straightened out the ben corners. The next to last step is to install the shelves, but no holes were drilled on either side panel to mount the shelves to. I called the Stack-On company costumer service and they finally admitted that yes there should be holes pre-drilled. They at first said I should drill my own holes, but their diagrams and instructions plainly showed the holes being pre-drilled at four heights. They said I was not in their system and just hung up.
I am waiting to see if Cabela's will take it back. I am certain I would not buy another product from this company.
