Excellent Safe

Three years ago my wife called me and asked if I knew the Cannon name and if I thought their products were good? I was thinking bath towels, she was thinking gun safes. When I realized what she was asking I came to the product reviews, there were three. The safe was built and delivered on time and has given me NO problems! Changing the lock combination is easy. Cannon has put in features found in other manufacturers higher price safes. If your guns and valuables are unsecure, you won't regret this purchase.

Great safe! Some troubles. Everything can be fixed

After my lock malfunctioned, I contacted Cannon support and they sent me a new digital lock. My safe is almost 3 years old. I was able to install the new lock myself (because I was able to open the safe). Now all of my firearms are protected once again.
When I first contacted their support I was given the runaround about a battery... When I finally spoke with a guy named Kenny at ext 403 he was able to help me. He was kind of short on the phone but he knew what he was talking about.
I hope this is helpful to someone.

Sturdy and heavy

Nice safe. The delivery kid could not get it up my step driveway, just too heavy (410lbs). Cost me an aditional $250 to get a moving co. To get it in place. Ok, an extra third of the price.

So far, so good. No burglar will break into this or be able to get it dowm my drive without crushing himself.

Love this safe

I purchased this safe about 8 months ago and I am very pleased. It has all the features that I could ever want and the size is perfect. It was shipped right to my door and all it took was an appliance dolly to get it in my basement. I would highly recommend this safe, it is a great value.
