This fine Krieghoff double rifle is truly a big and dangerous game rifle. The very powerfull .500/.470 Nitro cartridge will stop about anything on the planet. The action is without blemish and the barrels have only minor marks from usage. The wood stock and forearms on this rifle show some grooves from use in the field, but are sound without cracks or deep scratches. This rifle features the thumb actuated cocking lever which energizes the firing mechanism and enables loaded gun with disabled firing mechanism until the lever is forced forward. This rifle has two barrel sets and comes with a generic hard aluminum case with multiple locks. This is a hunt proven rifle as the gun against Cape Buffalo shows.
