This Indian Wall Gun was one of 125 wall Guns found in the Amlot Palace, in Rafastham Province North West India, in 1976 by a government archeologist team, along with 1800 other smaller muskets. This gun measure approximately .72 caliber with a 65 inch barrel and a total length of 88 inches and weighing in at 18 Lbs. this gun is in poor condition, but has also been around for over 300 years. The gun is believed to have been crafted in the late 1600's to early 1700's A.D. "Wall guns" were used to repel attacking forces; the gun would be steadied by laying the gun on a castle or palace wall.
