Metal Condition: Good.
Wood Condition: Fair. There is a chip on the right side of the forend near the forend iron, checkering is worn, several moderate sized dings and scratches.
Bore Condition: Very Good.

This Charles Osborne 12 gauge boxlock action is fitted with new barrels by fitted by J. Venables & Son. The 28" barrels are chambered and proved for 2 3/4" (70mm) shells (850 BAR proofs) and choked IC (.012") and Mod (.023"). Bores proved at 18.7mm (.736"), right measures .736", left .737". The action has scroll engraving, double triggers, ejectors, and an automatic safety. The stock set is checkered walnut. The splinter forend has an Anson style release. The straight-hand buttstock has a red, rubber recoil pad. This gun is in fair to good condition.
