Stock: Hard rubber grips.
Metal Condition: Fair. This gun has seen better days. Finish has turned to a dark patina and the gun has a decent amount of light pitting. The markings are worn on most of the gun but the serial numbers and "Rampant Colt" are still visible.
Wood Condition: Good. The grips are worn but have no major cracks. There is a small gouge on the bottom of the right grip panel and a ding in the bottom of the left panel.
Bore Condition: The bore has seen much better days. Fair rifling but lots of pitting.
Manufacture Date: 1904

The Colt Single Action Army was originally introduced in 1873 for the US Army. The Peacemaker, as it is often called, is still in production today for new generations of shooters and collectors to enjoy. Manufactured in 1904, this 1st Generation SAA is a Bisley model. This pistol is chambered in .45 Colt and has a 7 1/2" barrel. The sights are fixed with a blade front and a grooved top strap notch rear. The hard rubber grips are in good condition. They are worn but have no major cracks. There is a small gouge on the bottom of the right panel and a ding on the bottom of the left. The bore has seen much better days. Fair rifling but lots of pitting. Fair. This gun has seen better days. The finish has turned to a dark patina and the gun has a decent amount of light pitting.
