The Colt Model 1860 Army is a single action, .44 Caliber, cap and ball revolver. The sights are fixed with a blade front sight and a V-notched hammer rear. The grips are smooth walnut. This example is in fair condition with little, if any, original finish remaining but with a functional action. Made in 1862, this revolver is from that model's third year of prodution.
