Colt Model 1849 Pocket Revolver, .31 Caliber. All matching numbers. The barrel displays crisp New York City address stamp and is mostly gray. Some light pin prick pitting towards the muzzle. The frame is a bit brighter and may have been lightly polished. No pitting. The "COLT/PATENT" stamp on left side is crisp. The caliber stamp on left side of brass grip frame is intact. The cylinder is gray with the engraved scene well worn but visible. Barrel wedge screw may be a replacement. Most screw heads show very slight raised edges. The grips still show good varnish, scattered light indentations, and no major visible cracks.
