Winchester 1886 Deluxe .40-65 WCF. This fine rifle is in great condition. The 1886 was the first Winchester high powered lever action distinguishable by the verticle locking bars. The Deluxe version includes the checkered walnut stock and fore end which are both in excellent shape. There are a few dings and scratches but only minor ones. The metal surfaces are also in excellent shape. some of the original case hardening finish has worn off but the metal is still in great condition. The lever action moves smoothly and all parts function very well. This rifle is a great example of a 115 year old rifle and would make a great addition to any collection.
