Cabela's "Bullet Proof" Two Large Scoped Rifle Case

We've updated this popular case to provide even more protection for your valuable firearms. The new 45° heli-arc welded corners in the Two Large Scoped Rifle case protect this vulnerable area from dents and dings. Just like the originals, these are constructed of virtually indestructible .063" marine- grade aluminum for maximum strength. Heavy-duty closed-end rivets attach hinges, latches, handles and rigid internal dividers without letting in dust or moisture. They have top-quality, full-length piano hinges, along with plated steel latches and handle, and a stainless steel locking rod system. A weather seal keeps out moisture, and dense, thick urethane foam cradles and protects your firearms and gear. And optional wheels make it even easier to maneuver this case through airports. Meets airline requirements.

Two Large Scoped Rifle Case with Wheels
Date:
Case should hold up to airline handling. Have some concerns about water getting in the case through the wheel wells. There is nothing to prevent water entering around wheel openings. Cabela's logo fell off before the case was used. Really a tight fit for rifles with a 50mm scope, especially since the manufacturer said not to cut the foam lining. Have had a Cabela's single "bullet proof" rifle case for 10 plus years, which has held up well.

We used it to carry our firearms on a hunting trip recently. We were able to carry 2 scoped rifles, and 2 side arms. TSA officials gave us no problem, and the rifles were still sighted when we arrived at the ranch.

EXTREMELY WELL BUILT. VERY GOOD WORKMANSHIP. WORTH EVERY DOLLAR SPENT ON IT. FINALLY SOMETHING EVEN AN AIRLINE BAGGAGE HANDLER CAN'T DESTROY.
