good for shotguns but low security

scoped rifles do not fit well. Absolutely no security so have a plan to put gun locks on each gun. I use it as temporary storage when I clean my guns so I am close by while they are out in the open and than put them in a more secure safe after cleaning. Buying this was easier than building one myself.

This gun rack is nice and sturdy. The only annoying part is the size, based simply on that it wasn't long or short enough to hang on two separate studs. My husband had to cut some plywood so that we would know it would not fall out of the wall (and probably at the worst possible time).
