A very effective largemouth bass lure when fished on a jig head around the edges of weedbeds. If they don't hit it as it falls, try a slow steady retrieve. Hop around the rocks for smallmouth. I like a round head jig, between an 1/8 and 1/4 oz, on 6 or 8 pound test line for these tactics.
