First of all, why didn't I think of this? The Runner is amazing! The reflection is crystal clear. The product is lightweight and easy to carry. I love it! Fits right in the back of my turkey vest and sets up in seconds. Had one turkey this season that was roosted closer than I thought and I had to sit down right where I was. Without my blind I would have stood out like a sore thumb. I shot the turkey, went to get him, looked back at my set up and was amazed. I totally could not even see the blind. It blended flawlessly!

This thing is really cool. I gave it a four instead of a five because it's not quite as reflective as a real mirror, but once you take off the protective coating you'll find it is pretty darn good. If I could I would have given it a 4.8! It can also be used differently from the description, so for example you could have it up the long way instead of across and attach it to a small tree for support. You also don't really need the stakes unless you're in the middle of a field. Small trees will hold it up in the woods and add to the camo effect.

Great Blind - Small Improvements

Just used the runner blind for turkey season in Missouri. As advertised it is easy to carry and set-up and difficult to see in varying locations when just a few yards away. Had deer, raccoon and turkey within 5-10 yards without noticing me. Would have scored it a full 5 stars but there are six holes to secure the unit and only four stakes come with it. Also the carry strap is longer than it needs to be and the extra length gets in the way. Both small items that I easily fixed. Considering buying the taller unit as well for a higher sitting position when set up. Worth the money.

I recently purchased a six-panel runner ghost blind for my pre-season deer scouting.I have a heart condition that limits me to ground blind hunting so I decided to give the ghost blind a try.By using normal hunting tactics such as wind direction,natural cover and scent cover I was able to get within 10 yards of many animals,deer,fox,and even a coyote without detection.I cannot wait for hunting season to begin so I can score with my new blind.Great idea!
