One Man Chair Blind
Date:
I purchased the Ameristep one man chair blind in 2008 and have loved it for all hunting purposes! I have taken deer in Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri; with rifles, muzzleloaders, and shotgun with slugs. This blind fits one man very comfortably with all his gear and gun. The only thing I've noticed with the blind is that you need to be setup correctly. If the animal comes an unexpected direction, the side shooting windows are a bit small; yet I have taken deer through them including a 140 class. Very light weight and easy to move from spot to spot, if you like hunting on the move this blind works great! I would highly recommend this blind for the solo hunter! Also works great for turkey hunting, I've taken 3 toms out of it in the past 2 years!

Great overall blind
Date:
This is a good little blind for the money, I would highly recommend it to a friend. The only issue I have with it is that even though it is advertised for two men, it is a bit small for two guys, your gear, and guns. If you hunt alone this would be great for you. Very easy to set up and take down.

Good blind for the money
Date:
I received this blind as a Christmas present on 2008. Was not able to use it until the 2009 deer season. To say the least it is very easy to set up and take down. Was able to shoot a nice 6 point the first morning, the deer never knew I was there. Seen a doe on the second day from the blind, but made too much noise and spooked her.
The rivet holding the chair arm pulled out from the fabric, but this shoud be an easy fix.
All in all a good blind for the money

the picture of the blind tells the story
Date:
this blind really is not big enough for one man even though it is designed for two as your gun barrel has to stick out of the blind also you had better be set up perfect when the shot comes along if you try to move to get a better shot you will shake this blind with your movement as the chair is connected to the blind this happened to me and the deer was gone back to a full concealment blind like the lightning set with a chair inside where my moving in the chair will not be noticed or moving my gun barrel
