Great addition for your field kitchen. Now you can cook like a professional chef at home in your back yard. Griddle easily maintains both hot and cool zones for cooking everything from eggs and grilled cheese sandwiches to steaks and chops simultaneously. The large cooking surface is a boon in that burgers and buttered buns can be cooked together. Cleanup is a snap and it is easy to assemble. Great buy.

I received this grill as a gift. Wow, I am so impressed with the results of the grill. Assembly was a snap. I would have given this product 5 stars if it weren't for the difficulty lighting all four burners. First one lights in a snap, and the directions tells you to turn on next burner and wait for it too light. I have had mixed results, and subsequently, I just light them with a grill lighter. It is a very small price to pay for the excellent results and ease of cleaning..
I highly recommend!!!

A Good Investment

I just purchased this griddle for camp weekend for trout season. I am very pleased with this product. I cooked potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese steaks, onions and peppers and mushrooms along with some burgers and hotdogs. Everyone was impressed with how well it works, as am i. I even break it out at home now too. A great buy, however the backsplash and sides on the top could be higher. The lower shelf could be fastened better than just one bolt on each side. As for the burners you can easily shift things around, after all not everything needs to be cooked at same heat all the time.

I will try not to make this too long. I love going to the Japanese places and having them cook in front of you and I have always wanted to do this in my own home. First of all, this grill is exactly the same one they use in their restaurants. Cooking on this grill is super fast and super easy. I have cooked breakfast, lunch, dinner, u name it. Making Asian dishes, fried rice, lo mein super easy and fast. I recommend buying two gas tanks so that if one runs out while your in the middle of cooking u have that back up right there. Since I purchased this for Christmas I have not used my stove other than the oven from time to time. Save the money and buy this, you would not regret it. Once people come over and see how easy it is to cook on here and once they see what they can make and how it tastes just like the restaurants they will run out and buy one themselves. I went on youtube and watched a dozen videos of other Blackstone owners before I made the decision to get one myself. I am so glad I did. Best purchase ever.
